8. איתור בטלפון
(א)בהקדם האפשרי אחרי שליחת אזהרה, ואף בטרם המצאתה לחייב, ייצור העובד קשר טלפוני עם החייב כדי לנסות להביא לפירעון החוב, אם ניתן לאתר את מספר הטלפון שלו.
(ב)אם הוגשה בקשה לרשם לנקוט הליכים לפני המצאת האזהרה, לא ייצור העובד קשר כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) אלא לאחר שניתנה החלטת רשם לעניין זה ולאחר יישומה, לפי סעיף 7 לכללים אלה ולפי סעיף 7(ה) לחוק, כדי שלא לסכל את האפשרות ליישומה.
