מנוי המעוניין לקבל מאת החברה שירותי תחזוקה לצנרת טלפון המשמשת אותו לצרכי קבלת שירות בזק, יגיש לה בקשה בכתב באמצעות יחידת שירות המנויים הקרובה ביותר למקום בו מתבקשים שירותי התחזוקה.
