6. חיוב בתשלומים שנקבעו
(א)מנוי ישלם לחברה בעד שירות בזק תשלום בשיעור שנקבע בצו התשלומים; לא נקבע שיעור כאמור, ישלם המנוי לחברה תשלום סביר שקבעה לפי סעיף 17 לחוק.
(ב)מנוי לא ישלם תשלום כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) אלא ביום שקיבל לראשונה את שירות הבזק שביקש, למעט שירות שקבלתו מותנית, בתקנות, בתשלום מראש.
