8א. אגרה בעד אישור של בעל תפקיד
תיקון: תשנ״ב
(א)המבקש לקבל אישור של בעל תפקיד לפי סעיף 5(ב) לחוק, ישלם בעת הגשת בקשתו אגרת אישור חד־פעמית בסכום הנקוב בתוספת.
(ב)המבקש לחדש אישור של בעל תפקיד ישלם בעת הגשת בקשתו אגרת חידוש שנתית בסכום הנקוב בתוספת.
(ג)הוגשה בקשה לחידוש אישור של בעל תפקיד לאחר המועד שנקבע לכך בתקנות ההוצאה לפועל, התש״ם–1979, ישלם המבקש, אם הגיש בקשתו –
(1)תוך חודש מהמועד האמור – תוספת של 50%;
(2)לאחר מכן – כפל אגרת החידוש.
