בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 52 לחוק הבזק, התשמ״ב–1982 (להלן – החוק), אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. הגדרה
בתקנות אלה, ”החברה“ – כמשמעותה בחוק.
2. דין המדינה כדין מנוי טלפון
דין המדינה לענין קבלת שירותי בזק מהחברה כדין מנוי טלפון לכל דבר.
3. דרכי גביה
דרכי הגביה של תשלומים המגיעים לחברה מאת המדינה בעד שירותי בזק הניתנים לה ייקבעו בהסכם בין החברה למדינה.
