5. מתן הסמל
לנכה הזכאי לענידת הסמל יינתן סמל אחד ללא תשלום וסמל נוסף בתשלום הוצאות רכישתו כפי שתקבע הועדה, אם היא תשוכנע שהסמל שניתן לו מקודם אבד או הושמד שלא במתכוון.
