2. הודעה בדבר מינוי מפרק
נתן הרשם צו פירוק כאמור בסעיפים 46(1) או 47 לפקודה ומינה אדם שיהיה מפרק האגודה כאמור בסעיף 48(1) לפקודה, יפרסם הרשם ברשומות על חשבון האגודה, הודעה בדבר מינוי המפרק ומענו ובדבר זכותו של כל נושה של האגודה להגיש את תביעתו בכתב למפרק תוך ששים ימים מיום פרסום ההודעה.
