16. תסקיר
(א)קצין מבחן לנוער יכלול בתסקיר המלצה בדבר הטיפול הנאות, לדעתו, באותו קטין.
(ב)קצין מבחן למבוגרים יכלול בתסקיר המלצות בדבר האפשרות להעמיד את האדם במבחן, והוא רשאי להמליץ אף על דרכים אחרות להחזרת האדם למוטב.
