24. הארכת התקופה
נתברר לקצין מבחן שהתקופה שנקבעה על ידי בית המשפט אינה מספקת להשגת מטרות המבחן, יעשה באישור קצין המבחן המחוזי, אחד מאלה:
(1)יבקש מבית המשפט להאריך את תקופת המבחן;
(2)יפנה אל גופים או מוסדות לשם העברת הטיפול אליהם לאחר תום תקופת המבחן.
