5. תפקידיו של קצין מבחן ראשי
תיקון: תשס״ז
קצין מבחן ראשי –
(1)יהיה אחראי בפני המנהל הכללי למשרד הרווחה בכל עניני ארגון השירות, ניהולו, פיקוח על עבודתם של קציני המבחן וקידומם המקצועי;
(2)יקיים מגע ויפעל בתיאום עם בתי המשפט, המשטרה, בתי הסוהר, השירותים הסוציאליים וכל גוף אחר המטפל בעבריינים או בעבריינות;
(3)יתן הוראות כלליות פנימיות לגבי פעולות השירות.
