נוכח הרשם כי הודעת התנגדות הוגשה בטופס המתאים וצויינו בה נימוקי ההתנגדות וכי שולמה האגרה המתאימה, יעביר למבקש שני העתקים ממנה בצירוף הטופס המתאים שבתוספת הראשונה.
