21. ראיות בתשובה
(א)מתנגד רשאי, תוך שלושה חדשים מיום שמסר המבקש ראיות על פי תקנה 20, להגיש ראיות נוספות ובלבד שאותן ראיות נוגעות רק לענינים שהם ממין התשובה.
(ב)המתנגד ימסור העתק מראיותיו למבקש.
