נוכח הרשם כי יש בחומר שהוגש לו כאמור בתקנה 36 כדי להראות שהכינוי, שהארכת תוקף רישומו נתבקש, חדל מלשמש כינוי מקור, ימציא העתק מהחומר לבעל הזכות.
