3. הודעה על כוונה לרשום כינוי שלגביו נתקבלה הודעה
נראה לרשם כי לכאורה נתמלאו, בכינוי שעליו נמסרה הודעה, הוראות סעיף 18 לחוק, יפרסם ברשומות הודעה על כוונתו לרשום את כינוי המקור, ובנוסף לכך יתן הרשם פומבי לכך בדרך נאותה אחרת ויתן הזדמנות להתנגד לרישום.
