2. הוראות הבהרה
לשם הסרת ספק ומבלי לגרוע מכלליות ההגדרות שבצו העיקרי, מובהר בזה, כי הזכויות המפורטות להלן הן נכס נטוש:
(1)זכות שכירות – כאשר השוכר עזב את האזור כאמור בסעיף 1 לצו העיקרי;
(2)זכות לשכר דירה – כאשר בעל מקרקעין עזב את האזור כאמור בסעיף 1 לצו העיקרי;
(3)זכות בתאגיד – לרבות זכות כבעל מניה או כבעל אגרת חוב – כאשר בעל הזכות עזב את האזור כאמור בסעיף 1 לצו העיקרי.
