6א. תחום התכנון והבנייה בשמורה הסכמית
תיקון: 2024
(א)מבלי לגרוע מהאמור בסעיף 6, כל הכוחות ותחומי האחריות, לרבות כוחות חקיקה, שיפוט ומנהל, הנוגעים לתחום התכנון והבנייה בשמורה הסכמית יהיו נתונים בידי מפקד כוחות צה״ל באזור ויופעלו רק על ידו או על ידי מי שיתמנה לכך על ידו או יפעל מטעמו.
(ב)העברת הכוחות ותחומי האחריות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) כוללת את העברת כל הזכויות, החובות וההתחייבויות החוקיות הנוגעות אליהם.
