19. מלווה וחיית שירות, ציוד עזר
(א)אדם עם מוגבלות יוכל להסתייע במלווה מטעמו, בחיית שירות וכן בציוד עזר אישי שלו, בעת שהוא שוהה במוסד רפואי, או מובל ברכב חירום כגון אמבולנס, ולשם קבלת שירות בריאות, למעט במקומות שבהם אין חובה לאפשר כניסת חיית שירות לפי סעיף 19כ(ב1)(1) לחוק.
(ב)תקנות 13(5) ו־(6) ו־17 יחולו גם לעניין אדם עם מוגבלות שהוא מלווה של אדם אחר.
