29. פעולה לפי נוהל במצב חירום
מי שחייב לפי תקנות אלה לפעול במצב חירום לפי נוהל שגיבש, רשאי לסטות מהנוהל כאמור אם אינו יכול לממשו לנוכח נסיבות מצב החירום, ובלבד שפעל ככל יכולתו ליישום חלופות להשגת מטרות הנוהל.
