10. גודל השטח המוחכר
המקרקעין המוחכרים יהיו אותם מקרקעין שהחזיק בהם המחזיק או חלק מהם או מקרקעין אחרים, והשטח המוחכר לא יקטן משטח העשוי לשמש מקור הכנסה כדי מחייתו ומחיית בני־ביתו של המחזיק, ובלבד שלא יעלה על שטח העשוי לשמש מקור הכנסה כשיעור ההכנסה מן השטח שהחזיק בו המחזיק ביום הקובע.
