23. פיצויים על השבחה
השביח המחזיק את המקרקעין שהחזיק בהם ביום הקובע ולא הוחכרו לו אותם מקרקעין, זכאי הוא, לפי בקשתו, לפיצויים על ההשבחה שעשה בתקופה שלאחר סיום עשר השנים שבהן החזיק ועיבד את המקרקעין ועד מסירת ההודעה לפי סעיף 4; בקביעת פיצויים לפי סעיף זה יטול המחזיק את ההוצאות שהוציא על ההשבחה.
