11. תיקונים במדגריה
(א)מצא המנהל כי מדגריה חדשה ומיתקניה לא הוקמו במקום שצויין ברשיון ובהתאם לתכניות ולמיפרטים שאושרו על ידיו ובהתאם לתנאי הרשיון, יורה לבצע תוך המועד שנקבע על ידיו, את התיקונים הדרושים לשם הפעלתה התקינה של המדגריה.
(ב)לא בוצעו התיקונים עליהם הורה המנהל – יפקע תוקף הרשיון.
