2. רשיון למדגריה חדשה
תיקון: תשל״ב
(א)לא יקים אדם ולא יפעיל מדגריה אלא אם קיבל לכך רשיון מאת המנהל ובהתאם לתנאי הרשיון.
(ב)תקפו של רשיון הוא לתקופה שנקבעה בו.
