29. הוצאת אפרוחים
תיקון: תשמ״ד
לא יוציא אדם אפרוח ממדגריה אלא אם נתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא בן יומו;
(2)טבורו סגור;
(3)הוא יבש;
(4)הוא עומד על רגליו;
(5)עיניו בריאות ופקוחות;
(6)משקלו לא יפחת מהמשקלים המזעריים שיקבעו מעת לעת שירותי ההדרכה והמקצוע של משרד החקלאות.
