4. תוקף רשיון
(א)על המבקש להשלים את בנייתה של המדגריה החדשה תוך שנה מיום קבלת הרשיון.
(ב)לא הושלמה הקמת מדגריה חדשה תוך שנה מיום מתן הרשיון – יפקע תקפו.
