4. איסור החזקת צאן שלא סומן
לא יחזיק אדם, בשטח רשות מקומית, בתום שלושה חדשים מיום פרסומה של הודעה כאמור בתקנה 2, צאן בגיל עשרה חדשים ומעלה שלא סומן בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
