6. תעודת סימון
(א)עם ביצוע הסימון, ימסור המסמן למחזיק הצאן תעודה על גבי טופס שיקבע מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים, שבו יפרט את מספר ראשי הצאן שסימן.
(ב)כוחה של התעודה יפה לשנים עשר חדשים.
