14. אבדן תעודת רישום או תווית סימון
(א)אבדה תעודת רישום או נפלה תווית סימון מעל בקר, יודיע מחזיק הבקר בכתב, תוך שבעה ימים, לרופא הוטרינרי הממשלתי הקרוב למקום החזקת הבקר, תוך ציון הפרטים על תעודת הרישום שאבדה או תווית הסימון שנפלה.
(ב)נמסרה הודעה לפי תקנת משנה (א) ימציא רופא וטרינרי ממשלתי למחזיק הבקר כפל־תעודת רישום או יורה על ביצוע סימון מחדש תוך חודש ימים מיום מסירת ההודעה.
