28. הצגת היתר הובלה
(א)מוביל בקר יציג היתר הובלה בפני רופא וטרינרי ממשלתי, מפקח, מי שהסמיך המנהל, או בפני מנהל בית מטבחיים, לפי דרישתם.
(ב)רופא וטרינרי ממשלתי, מפקח או מי שהסמיך המנהל, רשאי לצוות להחזיר את הבקר למקום שממנו הובא ללא היתר הובלה או לצוות להעבירו למקום כל שהוא ולעצרו שם.
