7. סמכות להעביר להסגר גם אם לא נתמלאו התנאים
(א)המנהל רשאי לצוות על הורדת בעלי־חיים שהובאו, מכלי ההובלה, וכן על העברתם להסגר אף אם לא נתמלאו כל התנאים האמורים בתקנה 6.
(ב)ציווה המנהל לפי תקנת משנה (א) לא יראו בצו כאמור אישור שבעלי־החיים הובאו בהתאם להוראות תקנות אלה.
