9. מקום ההסגר
(א)בעלי־חיים המועברים להסגר, יוחזקו בתקופת ההסגר בתחנת הסגר הממשלתית (להלן – תחנת הסגר).
(ב)המנהל רשאי להרשות החזקת בעלי־חיים בהסגר, במקום שאושר כמקום הסגר למשלוח מסויים (להלן – מקום הסגר).
(ג)לא יכניס אדם לתחנת הסגר או למקום הסגר בעלי־חיים, כלים, ציוד וחמרים ולא יוציאם משם, אלא לפי היתר מאת הרופא.
(ד)מי שנמצא בתחנת הסגר או במקום הסגר חייב לציית להוראות הרופא.
