3. אזור שיפוט לעניין תושב האזור
אזור השיפוט לעניין ישראלי תושב האזור שנשפט לפי תקנה 2(ד) שבתוספת לחוק להארכת תוקפן של תקנות שעת־חירום (יהודה והשומרון – שיפוט בעבירות ועזרה משפטית), התשכ״ז–1967, הוא בית המשפט השלום הסמוך למקום מגוריו, ובלבד שהוסמך לבית משפט קהילתי; בסעיף זה, ”אזור“ – כהגדרתו בתוספת לחוק האמור.
