10. השמדת מוצרים
מוצרים מבעלי חיים אשר יובאו לישראל שלא בהתאם להוראות תקנות אלה, או שלדעת המנהל עלול יבואם לסכן בריאות בעלי חיים בישראל, יורה המנהל כיצד לנהוג בהם, לרבות להשמידם או להחזירם לארץ המוצא; הוראות המנהל יבוצעו על ידי המייבא ועל חשבונו. לא ביצע המייבא הוראות המנהל, רשאי המנהל לבצען במקומו ועל חשבונו.
