11. שינוי תווית או תעודת רישום
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)לא ישחית אדם ולא יקלקל תעודת רישום או תווית.
(ב)לא ישנה אדם תעודת רישום או תווית, בלא אישור בכתב לכך מאת המנהל.
