10א. כמות נחרגת ותשלום מיוחד
תיקון: תש״ע
בקביעת תעריפים בעד כמות נחרגת לפי כללים אלה אין משום היתר לאדם, לרבות מקורות, מפיק, ספק או צרכן, להפיק, לספק או לצרוך מעבר לכמות מוקצית, ואין בכך כדי לגרוע מסמכויות מנהל הרשות הממשלתית לפי סעיפים 124א ו־124ד לחוק.
