6א. פרסום תעריפים
תיקון: תש״ע־2, תשע״ד
(א)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית יפרסם באתר האינטרנט של הרשות הודעה לעניין התעריפים שהתקבלו –
(1)לפי סעיף 4(1)(1.1) – לכמות שעד לכמות המוכרת;
(2)לפי סעיף 4(1)(1.2) ו־4(1)(1.2א) – לכמות שמעל הכמות המוכרת;
(ב)פורסמה הודעה כאמור, יראו בה כמחייבת לעניין התעריפים הנקובים בה.
