2. חיוב בתעריפים
(א)התעריף שמקבל השירות חייב לשלם לנותן השירות הוא התעריף הנקוב בהוראה.
(ב)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית רשאי להורות כי תעריף השירות יפוצל לשני רכיבים, כדלקמן:
(1)תעריף למ״ק, לגבי עלויות אנרגיה וטיפול במים;
(2)תעריף לחודש, לגבי שאר רכיבי העלות.
