העלות שתוכר לספק מפוקח תיקבע לפי סכום העלויות שחושבו, בעד עלות אנרגיה למ״ק ועלות טיפול במים למ״ק, לפי נוסחת המחירון בתוספת 10% או לפי הקבוע בסעיף 7, לפי העניין.
