10. רישום נפרד בדוחות כספיים
(א)בעל רישיון יערוך בספריו רישום נפרד של הכנסותיו והוצאותיו מפעילות הפקה ואספקה של מים ושל הנכסים המשמשים אותו לאותה פעילות.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו על בעל רישיון שהכנסותיו משירותי מים וביוב עולים על 90% מסך כל הכנסותיו.
