18. פרסום נתוני איכות קולחין
(א)מפעיל יודיע לספקי הקולחין הרשומים ברישיונו, את כתובת אתר האינטרנט או דרך אחרת שבה הורו לו הממונים לפרסם את הפרטים שבסעיף 12(ז) לתקנות איכות מי־קולחין (להלן – הודעת המפעיל) וישלח הודעה מעדכנת על כל שינוי באופן או במקום הפרסום.
(ב)ספק קולחין יודיע לצרכניו, יחד עם ההודעה על הקצאת מים לפי סעיף 4, את הפרטים שבהודעת המפעיל.
