19יד. דמי מים
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)ספק מרחבי יחליט על גובה דמי המים בעד קולחין שהוא מספק לצרכניו לפי המנגנון שבמסמכי ההתאגדות שלו.
(ב)דמי המים בעד מי קולחין לצרכנים המקבלים מים באמצעות תשתיות שהוקמו או חודשו לאחר מועד קבלת אישור עקרוני לרישיון יהיו אחידים; ולעניין תשתית מחודשת יחולו דמי המים האחידים על כמות מים שלא תפחת מהחלק היחסי של עלות החידוש מתוך שווי התשתית כולה.
