19כ. תפקידי ספק כפרי רב־יישובי
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)תפקידיו של ספק כפרי רב־יישובי הם אספקת שירותי המים ושירותי הביוב לכל מטרות הצריכה באזור המגורים ביישובים המפורטים ברישיונו, לרבות אספקה למטרת חקלאות באזור המגורים.
(ב)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית יקבע ברישיון ספק כפרי רב־יישובי הוראות שיבטיחו כי הוא ימלא את תפקידיו בהוגנות ובלא הפליה, לכל הצרכנים ביישובים המפורטים ברישיונו.
