28. דוח מיידי על שינוי בפרטים
בעל רישיון יודיע בלא דיחוי למנהל על כל אחד מאלה:
(1)שינוי בפרטיו, כתובתו או פרטי ההתקשרות עמו;
(2)אם מונה לו כונס נכסים, ניתן צו לפירוקו או הוא הוכרז פושט רגל;
(3)אם הוגשה בקשה או ניתן צו להקפאת הליכים נגדו;
(4)אם מונה כונס נכסים, הוטל עיקול או בוצעה פעולת הוצאה לפועל נגד מיתקני תשתיות שבשימושו.
