31. שמירת דינים
(א)אין בהוראות כללים אלה כדי לגרוע מסמכותם של מנהל הרשות הממשלתית או של מועצת הרשות הממשלתית לפי חוק לרבות הסמכות לקבוע תנאים נוספים ברישיון.
(ב)הוראות כללים אלה באות להוסיף על הוראות כל דין ולא לגרוע ממנו, לרבות פקודת בריאות העם, 1940.
