34. הוראת מעבר
תיקון: תשע״ה
(א)על אף האמור בסעיף 32, בעל רישיון יעביר דיווח לפי סעיף 26 לכללים בשל פעילותו בשנת 2012 ובשנת 2013 לא יאוחר מיום ל׳ בניסן התשע״ד (30 באפריל 2014); המנהל רשאי לדחות את המועד הקבוע בסעיף זה אם בעל הרישיון הגיש לו בקשה מנומקת, והוא מצא, כי היא מוצדקת.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), בעל רישיון שהכנסותיו משירותי מים וביוב אינן עולות על 90% מסך כל הכנסותיו פטור מהגשת דיווח לשנת 2012.
