5. מניעת בזבוז מים וזיהומם
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)בעל רישיון המספק מים למטרת חקלאות בלבד יבדוק את פחת המים בתחום שבו הוא מספק מים אחת לחודשיים לפחות.
(ב)בעל רישיון המספק מים למטרת חקלאות בלבד ינהל רישום של הנתונים המפורטים להלן וישמור את הרישום לתקופה של שבע שנים:
(1)האמצעים שנקט למניעת בזבוז מים וזיהומם;
(2)בדיקות פחת המים שערך ותוצאותיהן;
(3)בדיקות שערך לפי כללים אלה לאיכות המים שהפיק, קיבל, אגר או סיפק ותוצאותיהן.
