7. שיקום מיתקני תשתיות
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)בעל רישיון המספק מים למטרת חקלאות בלבד יערוך תכנית תלת־שנתית לשיקום מיתקני התשתית שברשותו הטעונים תיקון או החלפה; התכנית תפרט את מיתקני התשתית הטעונים תיקון או החלפה ואת סדרי העדיפות ומקורות המימון לביצועה.
(ב)בעל רישיון המספק מים למטרת חקלאות בלבד ינקוט את כל הפעולות הדרושות לביצוע התכנית.
(ג)בעל רישיון המספק מים למטרת חקלאות בלבד יבחן את התכנית אחת לשנה ויעדכנה במידת הצורך.
