20. שמירת דינים
אין באמור בכללים אלה כדי למנוע מבעל רישיון לבצע פעולת ניתוק באחד מאלה:
(1)לנכס אחר שאינו נמנה על אלה המנויים בסעיף 11;
(2)בכל מקרה שבו הוא נדרש לכך לפי דין.
