תיקון: תשנ״ט
עובד המועסק על ידי מעביד מוכר חייב למלא בטופס שקבע המוסד פרטים על עבודתו אצל כל מעבידיו ולמסרו למעבידו לפני המועד שבו קיבל את שכרו ובתחילת כל שנת מס.
