2. החלטה נפרדת או משולבת
ועדה רפואית כאמור בתקנה 1 רשאית לקבוע דרגת נכות מיוחדת לנכה הן בהחלטה מיוחדת והן כחלק מהחלטה שאיננה מיוחדת.
