10. תוקף רישיון שיווק ביטחוני והארכתו
רישיון שיווק ביטחוני יעמוד בתוקפו למשך שלוש שנים מיום הוצאתו, אלא אם כן נקבע בו אחרת, או הוחלט על ידי הרשות המוסמכת על ביטולו או שינויו בהתאם לחוק.
